blue_white_pills.jpgRepeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctors discretion and normally for patients on long term treatment.  Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

  • By telephone - our prescription line on 01900 604900
  • In person - drop your request slip in the prescription box provided in reception, having clearly marked the items required.
  • By Post - send your request in by post.

If possible give exact drug names when ordering.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
