New Patient Registration

April 2017: Please note due to a shortage of GPs currently we are not accepting new patients

To register at the practice you must live within the practice boundary. You are registered with the practice rather than an individual G.P. and may see any of the doctors. You are able to express a preference of practitioner and whilst the practice will try to comply, it might not always be possible, in which case we will explain why.

If you want to register at the practice, please ask at reception for a registration pack and return it completed with the correct forms of identification.

All new patients will be offered a new patient check with a GP to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
